Gambian Government Delegation Visits GEA to Study Employment and Skills Development Strategies

A high-profile delegation from the Gambian Government paid a courtesy call to the Ghana Employers Association (GEA) as part of their working visit to Ghana. The visit aimed to gain insights into Ghana’s public employment programs, employment tracking systems, and the pivotal role of employers in fostering skills development and public-private partnerships.
The Gambian delegation, comprising senior officials from various government ministries and departments, was warmly received by GEA at The Employers’ House in North Ridge, Accra. During the meeting, Mr. Alex Frimpong, the Chief Executive Officer of GEA, provided a comprehensive overview of the Association’s initiatives and successes in driving employment and skills development in Ghana.
