GEA educates employers on how to end employment relationships under the Ghanaian labour laws.

On 16th March, 2022, a seminar on Termination of Employment Contracts was organized for employers in Tema, in order to enhance their understanding of employment contract termination, as well as enable them appreciate the legal and standard processes or procedures and the grounds for termination of contracts as prescribed by the Ghanaian laws.

The Seminar was facilitated by Mr. Edward Briku Boadu, the immediate past Chairman of the National Labour Commission (NLC).
