Good Labour Market Practices for Employers and Workers in Ghana: GEA position paper
Ghana’s labour market is witnessing rising industrial disputes. There is therefore the need for the Social Partners (i.e., Employers and Workers) to acquaint themselves with the basic rules, regulations and policies that govern the labour market in order to resolve the situation.
It is for this reason that GEA, with support from the International Labour Organization (ILO), developed a position paper to serve as a practical supporting tool for both employers, workers and their union representatives in the discharge of their activities in the labour market.
